Looking for unique and sustainable disposable plates for your event? We're not just saying they're unique, palm leaf plates are made from leaves that have fallen naturally from the tree, so each piece has a shade and grain that no other will have.
The palm leaf tableware is produced through a completely ecological process. The leaves of the areca palm tree are harvested once they have fallen in a completely natural way, so there is no need to cut down any trees for their manufacture. Once harvested, they are cleaned and treated with heat and pressure to give them the desired shape, turning the leaves into marvellous dishes.
And what are the advantages of using this type of plate for your event or catering? Let us tell you:
- Rigid and resistant to all types of food: you will be surprised by the hardness of the palm leaf plates, in addition, you can serve any food that is on your menu, from cold dishes to hot, liquid, oily or greasy food. From Monouso we assure you that they will not bend or soften.
- Stackable, stable and very light: they look sturdy, but when you hold them in your hand you realise that they are very light. You can transport them to your events without any problem and you have the option of stacking them to take up much less storage space.

Compostable
This product is compostable. Once disposed of in the organic bin, and under controlled conditions in industrial composting plants, they are converted into compost, thus closing a sustainable cycle.
Biodegradable
This product is biodegradable, it decomposes and degrades in a short period of time through a completely natural process, without leaving any residue and without the need for human intervention.
